Russell Frampton
studied Fine Art at Exeter College of Art, completing an MA in Fine art at the University of Plymouth in 2003 where he is a part time lecturer in Theatre and Technology. Russell has been working as a painter, exhibiting his work nationally and internationally for the past 20 years. He has work in private collections in the USA, Japan and Europe. He has worked as a commercial graphic designer, illustrator, muralist and art teacher. Russell has produced set designs, props and scenographic digital video projections for a variety of theatrical projects, including The Lusty Juventus production of m[other] shown in St Petersburg and Shading the Crime shown in London.

Russell is also an active musician and performer, fluent in many styles and has produced and recorded many albums. He is currently promoting the Multi media dance film 'Enclave', working on Utah Sunshine [arts council funded dance film project] and researching filmmaking, technology and performance.

Ruth Way studied at the London School of Contemporary Dance, with Merce Cunningham in New York and most recently with dance scholar, philosopher Sondra Fraleigh. Ruth has taught and performed at the Laban Centre for Movement and Dance, for Dublin Contemporary Dance Theatre and internationally with Earthfall Dance. Throughout her career Ruth has worked extensively in the fields of community dance, dance in education, dance performance and choreography and regularly acts as a mentor for emerging dancers and choreographers. She is currently researching the potential benefits of somatic movement practice and its principles for training and educating dancers. Ruth has been a company member of Lusty Juventus physical theatre working with Christine Roberts (a playwright) and Roberta Mock (scenographer/director) since 1996, as their choreographer and one of the main performers. Lusty Juventus have presented their practice as research through performative papers, articles and performances internationally. Ruth has recently been awarded a major Arts Council of England award to develop her practice as a dance film maker and choreographer in collaboration with visual artist Russell Frampton.

Ruth is Head of Theatre and Performance, University of Plymouth, a trustee for Dance In Devon Agency, an external assessor for Cygnet Theatre, Exeter and External Examiner for MA European Dance Theatre Practice, Laban, London.

Ben Davis
studied at the Guildhall & later at the Banff School of Fine Arts with Dave Holland. Has since pursued a varied musical career encompassing classical, world, pop, early & jazz. He has played with Django Bates, Hassan Erraji, The Dufay Collective, Evan Parker, Christine Tobin, Steve Buckley, Huw Warren, Jason Yarde, Kylie Minogue, Julian Joseph, the Stavanger Symphony Orchestra & the R.S.C.

He has appeared on records by Claire Martin, Jamiroquai, Ingrid Laubrock, Julia Biel, Patricia Kass, D-Influence & the Ben Davis Group which was featured on Jazz On 3.
